Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled private session to receive a credit toward a future booking. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session and all no-shows are non-refundable and non-creditable. • No refunds will be issued. Eligible cancellations (24 hours or more in advance) may only be credited for a future private session. • If The Black Yoga Room must cancel a private session due to emergency or technical issues, you will receive a full credit to reschedule. • All new students must sign a waiver before attending their first online session. • By booking a private session, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies.
